As part of our pre-assessment Eclipse Care will agree with you or your representatives a visit schedule prior to delivering any care or support and Eclipse Care will strive to meet these committments at all times.

"ARE YOUR STAFF SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECK" ?

All Eclipse Care staff are subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as the Criminal Records Bureau)

HOW WILL I BE INVOLVED IN MY CARE AND SUPPORT ?

Ensuring that you are at the centre of all care planning is core to Eclipse Care values and will consult you and your representatives at all stages of care planning.
